The Express Healthcare Networx offers to pay various types of income based on the sales volume as following. 1 EVP. from both left & right side considered as 1 matured EVP. Higher steps of a cycle pay higher % of matured EVP. Every ID will be paid sequentially and then cycle wise.

To start accumulating team EVPs you need to have at least 2 personally sponsored "Activated" Distributors- one on each side (Left and Right).

Spill over shall always be on the extreme left side of the last left person and on the extreme right side of the last right person.

Weekly incentive

Incentive will be paid weekly with 100% refund option. Refund option can be used if refund id claimed within 30 days from date of purchase receipt.

` 1250000/- is the ceiling for week and approximately `50 lakhs per month. Matured EVP above ceiling of 125 cycles in a week be flushed from both left and right side and Unmatched EVP are carry forwarded to next week. The sales matching bonus offered here is based on a fixed provision from the sales revenue to the Express Healthcare Networx, if necessary the Express Healthcare Networx reserves the right to trim the bonuses.

Business Plan

1. Express Healthcare Networx, a division of Express Clinics Pvt Ltd has introduced an excellent incentive package with a potential for every Distributor to earn maximum money.

2. The organization assigns EVP, which depends on the cost of the Package. All explanation will be given on the website of the organization.

3. As much as health care packages a distributor sells, he/she can develop the business. One needs to build a strong sales team to earn more.

4. According to the Rules and regulations of the Company, if a Distributor and the team perform the best by selling the healthcare services then nothing can stop him/her from achieving the success.

5. Payment of Incentive: Steps discussed below -

  • One can become the new Distributor when his/her Application form will be accepted by the Company.

  • To be an "Active Distributor” and to start earning commission, one needs to complete a sale, which equals to accumulating at least 4 EVPS within 120 days, from the date of joining.

  • If a Distributor cannot achieve the target, i.e. 4 accumulated EVPs even after 120 days, then his/her contract will be terminated without giving any notice period by Healthcare Networx. Moreover the very Distributor cannot reapply after the termination for the same for a period of 6 months.

  • Once a Distributor achieves the target mentioned above, he/she can start building the sales team. The new Distributor, personally sponsored by you will be placed on your left or right wings as per your request on the Application form.

  • A Distributor can get a bonus, for every package directly sold by him/her, known as Direct Incentive.

  • To start accumulating team EVP's one need to have at least 2 Distributors one on left and one on right (each of who have personally accomplished a sale which will be equivalent to accumulating at least 4 EVPS within 120 days, from the date of joining).

7. Team Incentive: Steps to follow to qualify for payment from the sales accomplished by the Distributor’s sales team:

  • One should help his/her own sales team by supporting personally sponsored Distributors, one each from your left and right wing to achieve the first target i.e. 4 EVP.

  • At least 1/3rd of the total EVP sales is generated from the one on the weaker side of the sales wing so that one can continue to support and guide both side of his/her sales team.

  • At the end of every week, total sales generated by the sales wing of a Distributor would be calculated and incentive will be distributed as per step he/she has achieved. Only those EVP's that were not used for incentive calculation earlier will be used for future incentives.

  • One can start earning as an Active Distributor when he/she has two sponsored Active Distributor on each side.

  • From here onwards all incentive calculations will be done as per mentioned in the point 5 in Business plan.

  • The Company will make payment of incentives on a Weekly basis. The incentive payment will be made along with a statement of calculation for the benefit of Distributor. Incentives will be paid within one month and one week after the closing week.

  • All payment made would be inclusive of all taxes and applicable deductions. Any deduction made by the Company as per law will be certified accordingly.

  • The offered incentives/benefits/rewards in the marketing plan are based on stipulated provision of sales revenue to the company. Anything over and above will be trimmed to the limited provisions.

  • However, the company reserves the right to modify/edit/change/cancel a part or in full of marketing plan reward and recognition at the sole discretion for the betterment of the company and its business growth, without any prior notice.

  • The maximum incentives payable by the Company to any individual Distributor recognized by his ID no. will not exceed a sum of Rs.12.5Lakh per week.

8. ADDITIONAL INCENTIVES

To reward the performance of Active Distributors, the Company has introduced “Express Success Mantra”. Additional Rewards will be paid monthly if the performance criteria are achieved.

Income Multiplier (Fast Track Plan)

Income Multiplier (Fast track plan) enables the distributor to earn extra money on the same compensation plan. The Criteria for income multiplier is:

If active Advisor sponsors active Advisor on left & right side within a period of 15 days from date of joining he/ she will be eligible to get additional 20% on binary income and called as SUPER ACTIVE ADVISER.

Performance Bonus

When an executive advisor achieves sale matching of 30 EVP in next 3 weeks from the date of activation week, he/ she will become Sr. Executive Advisor. When distributer fulfills his criteria within time limit then the advisor will be eligible for Performance Bonus @ 5% on total team incentive.

Team Development Bonus

When a Sr. Exe. Advisor achieves 1 cycle (150 EVP = 10000 total earning) in next 9 rolling weeks from date of activation week he/she will become Silver Advisor. Thus the advisor becomes eligible for Team Development Bonus @ 7% calculated on total team incentive.

Family Welfare Bonus

Royalty Income plan

Royalty Income will start from Crown Advisor club position. If Distributor achieves Double Diamond on each side, Distributor will get recognition as Crown Advisor. When distributor achieves Crown Advisor Club position, Distributor will get 2% as Royalty Income.

Distributor journey with Express Healthcare Networx, A Division of Express Clinics Pvt. Ltd. starts as an Advisor i.e any individual sign up at free of cost. When he/she buys health package as per choice he/she will become Active Advisor.

  • An Active Advisor promotes 1 active Advisor on each left and Right side; he/she will become Executive Advisor.

  • When an executive advisor achieves sale matching of 30 EVP in next 3 weeks from the date of activation week, he/ she will become Sr. Executive Advisor.

  • When he/she will achieve 1 cycle (150 EVP) in next 9 rolling weeks from date of activation, he/she will become Silver Advisor.

  • Distributor can achieve direct promotion up to Silver Advisor after that Distributor can achieve only one promotion in a single week.

  • When he/she will achieve 2 cycles in accumulative 6 rolling weeks, he/she will become Silver Star Advisor.

MARKETING POLICY

Though in general course of business all distributors are expected to report to their Up-line and guide their Down-line as per mutual convenience and situational demands, all distributors are required to report 'extra ordinary situations' directly to the Express Healthcare Networx and seek guidance.

Distributors are not allowed to carry out their own promotions unless they have written approval from Express Healthcare Networx for the same. Express Healthcare Networx designs, prints, publishes and circulates product information, plan and vision related literature for marketing and sales of its products. Distributors are not allowed to deviate there from. Under special circumstances, Express Healthcare Networx’s only authorized signatory may allow Distributor’s to create customized literature and/or advertisement.

The Distributor who joins the Express Healthcare Networx must do Business of at least 4 EVP without literature and business tools within 120 days (from the date of activation) for his/her ID to be valid.

Irrespective of the level attained, if a distributor is found not to have placed any order in preceding 12 months, then he / she will be termed as an 'Inactive distributor' and the Express Healthcare Networx reserves the right to take a decision in respect of his/her distributorship. For activation Distributor have to earn minimum incentive or sponsor active distributor.

Any distributor can apply for 100%refund within 30 days of payment receipt. The refund is given only through account pay Cheque within Fifteen days from the date of application in the name applicant only.

Distributors shall not exaggerate or misrepresent benefits associated with the Express Healthcare Networx and his products and services.

Distributors must know and convey that earnings come only through hard work, commitment and consistent efforts.

Distributors shall not make claims other than what is mentioned in the Express Healthcare Networx's plans and literature about products, quality and earnings. Express Healthcare Networx has the unconditioned rights to take any and all actions including seeking damages for distributor's action / inaction inviting and causing ill repute / loss to the Express Healthcare Networx for miss declaration or misrepresentation.

The Distributors shall be provided with a cooling off period of 30 days.

No Cross Sponsoring of distributorship shall be allowed."Cross Sponsoring" in this context means:

  • Signing up an existing distributor from another group.

  • Signin g up the wife when husband is already a distributor or vice versa.

  • Signing up under another sponsor to operate his/her distributorship when his/her distributorship is still valid.

  • Allowing other people or relative to use his/her distributorship to do business.

If son or unmarried daughter joins the Business with their own ID but their line of sponsorship is not under their family ID, then such a case will be treated as cross sponsoring and the ID taken by son/unmarried daughter will be terminated. Same will apply for any of the family members not joining under their son/ unmarried daughter's line of sponsorship. In the event of Cross sponsoring the following action shall be taken.

A) If the complaint is received after more than six months of a Distributor having taken another ID, the same will not be entertained. On receipt of such complaint, the Express Healthcare Networx will terminate one of the IDs of the Distributor, which ever may deem fit, and the network will remain with the active ID.

B) If Express Healthcare Networx receives complaint within six months of cross sponsoring, Express Healthcare Networx will terminate the second and later IDs of the Distributor and the network developed under the second/later IDs can be shifted under the first ID or can remain under the terminated ID as per Management's decision. However, if the investigations reveal that any of the IDs registered was in a manner, which the management finds out is not ethical/without the knowledge of the distributor, then the Express Healthcare Networx will terminate the ID/IDs, which they may deem fit and the network of the terminated ID will move up to the next higher Distributor or will be shifted under the ID which is not terminated. In addition the Distributor who initiated the Cross sponsoring will be subjected to disciplinary action by the Express Healthcare Networx that may result in the Express Healthcare Networx suspending/terminating/withholding bonus payments of the Distributor and/or imposing a fine on the Distributor. The Express Healthcare Networx's decision in the above cases will be final.
